A winner every time February 19, 2013

Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width I've bought Deer Stags in the past with no problems, and these shoes are as comfortable as all of the ones I've bought prior to this. I don't have any problems with the sizing at all. However, I take a 15 wide, so I'm just happy to find any shoes in my size. I'd highly recommend these shoes because of the company reputation, and of the great fit.

Too expensive... poor quality February 19, 2013

Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width I'm a Spanish teacher. I'm on my feet all day. I need a pair of shoes that won't make my feet hurt after a few hours. I want a pair that will last at least one school year. I paid over $50 for these shoes. I have enjoyed the comfort these shoes have provided, but after only 2 months of wearing them Monday through Friday, BOTH shoes are falling apart! The leather on top has split open where the foot bends. Never have I been so disappointed and left with such a bad taste. If I wanted to purchase shoes of such low quality I would stop at Walmart or Payless. I refuse to pay that much for a pair of shoes that can't handle being worn more than once a month.

Best uniform shoe EVER! February 18, 2013

Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width Perfect in every way, extreme comfort and support. Excellent quality,and durability. I wear these shoes in all climates and conditions from snow to desert up to 17 hours a day as an airline captain. Feet stay warm,dry,in winter and cool and comfortable in summer heat. They are stable on wet and slippery rubber and steel surfaces. The support corrects the pain in my torn ligament ankle, I am 6' 4" and 260 pounds. These shoes are better than running or walking shoes. Best of all, I can "feel" the jets rudder pedals and brakes for precise movements. Do not hesitate buying these. I highly recommend, I have tried them all since 1978.

Shoe Size: Felt half size larger than marked Shoe Width: Felt true to width I typically am hard on shoes, so I am normally replacing my nicer work pair every 6 months. This pair, however, is super durable. I've scuffed, kicked and scraped them on just about everything in the office and they don't scratch the leather. I get an occasional surface scuff that comes right out just by rubbing it with my finger. Regular polish keeps them looking brand new. A great quality shoe.

Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width True to size, comfortable. I'm an elementary school principal and this shoe lets me walk the halls, play on the playground, and meet with parents and does great in all those situations.
