How much does shipping cost?

We are happy to provide FREE standard ground shipping on all orders. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee.

Where do the shoes ship from?

All orders ship from our warehouse facility in Auburn, WA, a suburb of Seattle.

How long will it take to get my shoes?

Orders generally ship within two business days of order placement. Shipping time via Ground Service varies depending on your distance from Seattle. In general, your order will be received within four to seven days for the Western U.S., seven to ten days for locations in the Midwest and Eastern regions.

How long will it take to get my shoes if I choose expedited shipping?

Expedited orders will be shipped within two business days of order placement, and should be delivered by the third business day.

Can you ship to a different address than my billing address?

Yes, when you place your order you will be able to specify both your shipping and billing addresses. Your billing address must match the billing address on the credit card used to pay for the order. The shipping address can be any address within the Continental United States.

Do you ship to addresses outside the US?

No, unfortunately at this time we can only ship within the Continental United States.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

We can not ship to PO Boxes.

Military APO/FPO addresses?

We do not currently ship to APO/FPO addresses.

If I order multiple styles, will they all be shipped together?

In most instances, your order will be shipped together in one carton. Occasionally, orders are split into separate cartons in order to facilitate faster processing within our warehouse facility. In this case, you may receive your shipment in separate cartons.
